A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. Every time I talk to my friends and new acquaintances and tell them about my volunteer works, they always ask me these questions. What inspires you? Who/What motivates you? Do you feel worthy and fulfilled of it? I always answer them, its my passion that drives me to do all these. My passion to serve my fellow citizen especially the youth.
